I am a resident of beautiful Hawaii and a great fan of the unique Haupia Pies that were once served at our local McDonald's. These pies, filled with delicious coconut pudding, were not just desserts for us; they were a part of our culture and tradition. Unfortunately, these pies have been discontinued from the menu.
