"Recently, YouTube, at the request of Universal Music Publishing Group removed my video Eagles - Hotel California.
This video was uploaded over a year ago and I paid royalties to the copyright holder without breaking any rules.
I didn't receive a specific answer from either YouTube or Universal Music Publishing Group why they removed my video. This is very strange, considering that right now there are a lot of covers of this song on YouTube and only my video violated some rules that I was not even told about."

We, the signers of this petition, demand that you reinstate Gamazda's cover of Hotel California IMMEDIATELY.
