Petition extend to include Grangemouth and Skinflats.

It has now been over a month since Martyn Day MSP has engaged with me in relation to this petition and unfortunately I have still not received any reply from McGill’s which makes it seem as though they aren't interested. The blame for this does not lie with my MSP, it lies with McGill’s who have appeared to turn a blind eye and Falkirk Council who have essentially passed the buck. This level of ignorance, silence and indifference is totally unacceptable. 

Today, I decided to extend extend this petition to include Grangemouth & Skinflats as they're also affected by inadequate transport links to/from FVRH. This involved sending an email with a link to this petition to my MSP, Polmont & Grangemouth community councils (Skinflats is represented by Grangemouth CC) and all councillors from Grangemouth, Carse, Kinnaird & Tryst and both Lower & Upper Braes with the following message: 

"To the residents of Polmont, Brightons, Maddiston, Shieldhill, Grangemouth and Skinflats, We are being ignored separately, so it is time to fight together. Both the Braes Grangemouth and Skinflats communities are suffering from an absolute disgrace: the loss of direct bus links to Forth Valley Royal Hospital. 

Right now, Falkirk Council is running Phase 2 of its Subsidised Bus Network Review. This is our window to act. Instead of competing for scraps, we are launching a joint campaign to demand a unified service connecting the Braes, Grangemouth, and Skinflats directly to FVRH which should also give direct links to Polmont Railway Station.

If you live in any of these communities or represent any local community groups there, please message me directly. Let’s coordinate a single, powerful submission to Falkirk Council and Martyn Day MSP. Together, our voice is too loud to ignore.
