Their unique taste and texture made them not just palatable but enjoyable for me. However, their sudden disappearance from store shelves in Canada has left a void in my daily routine.

Autism Spectrum Disorder affects 1 in 66 children in Canada (according to the Public Health Agency of Canada). Many individuals with Autism experience sensory sensitivities that can make eating certain foods difficult or even impossible. Products like Bagel Bites can be lifesavers for us.

We urge Heinz to reconsider their decision and bring back Bagel Bites to Canadian stores. Not only will they be catering to a loyal customer base but also supporting individuals with sensory sensitivities who depend on these products for their nutritional needs. While there is a fair bit of salt in Bagel Bites, that can always be changed, and likely should be.
