We demand that TikTok reinstate streamers 2k and James Neese for the upcoming event on Monday, February 9th, or provide a transparent, public explanation for their last-minute removal.

In December 2025, the TikTok community spoke. Thousands of supporters spent their hard-earned money and countless hours engaging with the platform to push for their favorite creators, ensuring 2k and James Neese secured their spots at the upcoming TikTok's Live Fest.

As of Monday, February 2, 2026—just seven days before the event—both creators were abruptly notified that they are no longer invited.

This is unacceptable for three reasons:

1. Lack of Transparency: Fans spent thousands of dollars under the impression that their contributions would result in their favorite creators attending. To revoke these invites without warning or clear justification undermines the integrity of the entire competition.

2. Unfair Timing: Notifying creators only one week before a major event shows a complete disregard for their schedules, travel arrangements, and professional planning.

3. Disrespecting the User Base: TikTok’s live-streaming ecosystem thrives because of the fans. By uninviting the winners chosen by the community, TikTok is signaling that fan support and financial investment do not matter.

We call on TikTok to reverse this decision and allow 2k and James Neese to attend the event they rightfully earned a place in. If TikTok refuses, we demand a full public disclosure of the criteria used for this disqualification and a formal apology to the communities that funded this campaign.
