We can address and solve another justice by letting Ruka end with Kazuya the portaganist in "Kanojo Okarishimasu" the anime and the manga, as she so deserve we can already see the bravery and courage that Ruka kept on showing us still determinated with utmost decency and cuteness, every new goal we achieve will be able to advertise on wider basis and reach more audience voicing our case.

Ruka have kissed him, asked him out, left the rental job to do her best caring for the one she likes and love, loyal and invested, caring and sweet. it wouldn't be fair to just lose for her short hair to a coward who can't accept own feeling (yeah I am calling you out chiziru) sumi is pretty great and yeah those girls are nice. but ruka still paid the most effort of all, accept like love and trust, understanding and outgoing, it's more than even a victory to the wholesome case but it's lift off to the notion that short haired girls can't win to revive hope in the hearts of many in a sincere cause.
