Rehome 3 dogs that are being malnourished, neglected, and abused.
The Issue
PSA: Jillian Valdez, 19 year old female, she lives in her car with her three neglected dogs.

3.) Meka
She usually stays at American Legion Park in Redmond, she usually bounces back and forth between Bend and Redmond, she drives / lives in, a blue Chevy Trailblazer the year is 1998 possibly but no confirmation.
The back right window had a hole, but it is now taped up.
She is never able to take care of her animals, she constantly is making posts asking if people can foster them or take care of them for different ranges of amounts of time, struggles to feed the dogs to the point they’re malnourished and you can see their bones, when she stays at american legion she leaves her dogs in the hot car with her when she has no where to take them, she takes her dogs to bonfires and parties which contain dangerous people who are careless about their actions. She will hand her dogs off to anyone, she’s always asking for money, gas, or rides, and she is unreliable to the people who do help her.
These dogs do not deserve to be in that environment and they are unsafe. she refuses to rehome them, who knows what could happen next.
A dog can suffer fatal heatstroke or brain damage in as little to 10 to 15 minutes inside a hot car, even in moderate weather or when windows are cracked.
For the past 2 weeks as of 8/10/26 it was been over 80 degrees in bend and redmond.
If these dogs are barely eating and drinking water, imagine how it’s gonna be for their immune systems trying to fight against the heat all day, every day.
The intention of this petition:
To gather signatures, to represent the amount of individuals who think this specific individual is unfit to house these named animals and should not be able to house any other animals in the future until she can deem herself fit to a court of law.
All signatures will be presented to the law and involved in any investigation that takes place. You have the choice to sign as anonymous, and do not have to identify yourself unless you have specific information regarding the problem at hand.
