We, dedicated supporters of the Buffalo Bills, urge the franchise to rehire Sean McDermott and instead evaluate the effectiveness of Brandon Beane as General Manager. Removing Beane from his position or reallocating his responsibilities could provide the necessary shakeup that aligns decision-making fully with on-field strategies and talent cultivation.

Sean McDermott's potential to elevate the team is far from exhausted. He deserves the chance to continue guiding this team with new-found support and better-equipped resources. We call upon the upper leadership of the Buffalo Bills to prioritize the success of the team above internal politics and restore McDermott to his rightful place as head coach.
