Randolph High School recently lost their head football coach and we would like to bring back Coach Will Nahan!

2022 Morris County Football Coach of the Year (MCFCA).

Nahan's unparalleled dedication to Randolph High School is irrefutable. As a coach, a teacher, and a mentor, he consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to connect with students on a meaningful level. His influence has been positive and far-reaching, impacting each student personally. Under his guidance, significant improvements have been seen not only in the arena of athletics but also in academic achievements across the school community. As such, his exit from his position has had a profound impact on us all. 

Statistics show that inspirational mentors such as Coach Nahan can lead to increased motivation in students, better academic performances, and higher aspirational levels (American Psychological Association, 2014). His commitment to students' personal growth, ability to foster teamwork, and incredible dedication make him irreplaceable in our community.

We believe the decision to bring Coach Nahan back is in our students' best interest. It's time to bring this valuable mentor back to Randolph High School. In doing so, we ensure our students can continuously benefit from his guidance.
