Currently, the infrastructure in Lebanon is not equipped to handle the surge of newly built homes. The roads are too narrow, leading to traffic congestion and safety hazards. The sewer and water systems, which are possibly already at maximum capacity, are unlikely to support the additional burden of all these new constructions. As our town grows unchecked in this manner, we face significant strain on our infrastructure, discomfort for our residents, and irreversible damage to our environment.

It is crucial for the health, safety, and future sustainability of Lebanon that we implement regulations to manage these developments. The City of Lebanon should conduct thorough impact assessments for each project to evaluate the effect on wildlife and the adequacy of our infrastructure.
