​Respected Madam,

​We, the undersigned regular students and alumni of the college, wish to bring to your immediate attention a matter of serious concern affecting the academic environment and safety within the campus.

 

​It has been repeatedly observed and reported that individuals who have already passed out, as well as those who are not regular students and are pending supplementary examinations, are freely entering the college premises. Many of these individuals have been engaging in activities that are causing significant disturbance to the current students. There have been multiple complaints regarding disruptive behavior, intimidation, and the misuse of college spaces, which are increasingly resembling a personal gathering or unofficial office for such groups.

 

​This situation is not only hampering the academic atmosphere but also creating an environment of discomfort and insecurity for regular students who come to the college for their education.

 

​We therefore strongly urge the administration to take immediate and strict action, including:

 

1.​ Restricting entry strictly to current, enrolled students and authorized personnel

​Implementing proper ID checks at all entry points.

 

2. ​Taking disciplinary measures against any unauthorized individuals found inside the campus

 

​We request you to treat this matter with utmost urgency and restore the safe, academic environment that the college is known for.
