Refund for Membership due to false advertisement

The Issue

This is related to the membership for the Blackpink Worldtour concert. They advertise that if customers buy the membership on Weverse, customers will receive a unique code to buy a ticket for the concert. In the advertisement, they state "If your membership has been verified. we'll send you a text message and email with a code and link before the Blink Membership Early Bird and Blink Membership Presales start. Your code does not guarantee you tickets, so act quickly". That means anyone who purchases a membership should get a code. However, many customers have complained that they did not receive any code after purchasing the membership, which causes so much distress and disappointment. We demand Weverse or any related party refunds our membership ($23) for the false advertisement.
