Furthermore, law enforcement agencies should prioritize sensitivity training to mitigate unnecessary aggression and racial profiling. Protecting the community means respecting every individual’s rights, regardless of their citizenship status. Our nation prides itself on being a land of liberty and justice for all - this cannot be selectively applied.

Together, we can push for policies requiring stringent checks before any detainment, ensuring no U.S. citizen is mistakenly caught in the crossfire of immigration enforcement. We need to hold ICE accountable for their actions, promoting safety and legality in every raid conducted.
