STATEMENT ;--

" The Zimbabwe 2023 election was won by the Opposition i.e. CitIzens Coalition for Change,  CCC ". If you agree with this statement please sign this Referendum here on Change.org .

Here is an election process that Zanu PF and ZEC cannot fix or rig.  It is an election About an election.  Your say about the recent Zimbabwe 2023 elections.  "  Speak  " !  You are allowed to have a say !   This election is in the form of a Referendum.  Open to all of you in Zimbabwe or in the Zimbabwean diaspora.

This Referendum is indefinite until the CCC government is in Office .

Every two months a report from this indefinite Referendum will be sent  to The Southern African Development Countries SADC, African Union AU, European Union EU, The Commonwealth, The United Nations and many countries, regional bodies and international organisations.  The world has changed now.  At the Zanu PF " Fake " inauguration they invited 67 Heads Of States and only 3 came.  The world has changed and it is now on our side.  Let us support the efforts of these other countries who now want to help us, by us signing this Referendum.  They need this help in order to help us.

In a reckless boast  Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa said that he is " the police, the Army and the Judiciary ".A statement designed to put fear in all and to make everyone feel they cannot win, that everything is useless, that there is no point to everything. But facts are stubborn.  Zanu PF is not bigger than SADC. Zanu PF is not bigger than the African Union. Zanu PF is not bigger than The European Union. Zanu PF is not bigger than The Commonwealth of Nations.  Zanu PF is not bigger than The United Nations. Zanu PF is not bigger than the citizens of The Republic of Zimbabwe.  Zanu PF is not bigger than The Citizens Coalition for Change , CCC  !

" If " you believe that the people of Zimbabwe elected the CCC to form a government on 23 August 2023 , Then Sign This Referendum 

" If " you believe that the Zimbabwe Election Commission, ZEC, was working together with Zanu PF to ensure that Zanu PF wins no matter what, Then Sign This Referendum.

" IF " you believe that ZEC and Zanu PF work together as one organisation, Then Sign This Referendum 

" If " you believe that what was presented to the citizens of Zimbabwe and the world on election results night were not election results but was a coup d'etat by ZEC and Zanu PF, against the wishes of the people of Zimbabwe, Then Sign This Referendum . 

" If " you believe that the Zimbabwe 2023 elections were not free and fair but that CCC still managed to win these elections against the odds, Then Sign This Referendum.

" If " you believe that ZEC and Zanu PF rigged these election by denying over 50 % of the Zimbabwean electorate their Human Right To Vote, just because they are in the " Zimbabwean diaspora  ", Then Sign This Referendum. 

" If " you believe that ZEC and Zanu PF engaged in massive voter suppression during the whole electoral process, to the extent that they announced that there were 6 million registered voters, yet only 4 million voted, what happened to the other 2 million registered voters, where did they go ? Then Sign This Referendum

" IF " you believe that a Zanu PF government is now illegal, unconstitutional illegitimate and therefore Can NOT, should NOT ,must NOT  be recognised by Zimbabweans, Southern African Development Countries SADC, African Union, European Union EU, Commonwealth and  the United Nations, Then Sign This Referendum.

 WHAT IS WANTED 

1. A new government lead by CCC to take Office 
2. Failing the above then the following;- 

• Whole election re-run within 6 months
• ZEC to be abolished and the election run by a joint body from SADC, AU, EU, Commonwealth and UN
• For 43 years now SADC has tried to resolve the Zimbabwean Crisis and has not managed to resolve the matter.  Hence it is vital the AU, EU, Commonwealth and United Nations assist SADC in this regard.  These other organisation cannot leave the Zimbabwean Crisis to SADC alone.  SADC is in need of help with respect to the Zimbabwean Crisis
• All the Reforms and Electoral Reforms to have been implemented at the latest 3 months before the election date
• The Zimbabwe Republic Police ZRP, the Zimbabwe Defence Forces ZDF and The Judiciary to be completely removed from this election process.
• A Caretaker government/ Transitional government working closely with SADC, AU ,EU, The Commonwealth and United Nations to oversee this short process.
• A coalition from SADC,AU,EU, The Commonwealth and United Nations, to convene a conference of Zimbabwean Civic Society, NGO's, Faith Groups, Political Parties,Community / Traditional Leaders, to form and establish a Caretaker / Transitional government of technocrats 

3.  Failing the above from the " Wanted List "  then the following ;-

• SADC to suspend the Zanu PF government from SADC 
• SADC not to recognise the Zanu PF government
• SADC to break diplomatic relations with the Zanu PF government
• SADC to freeze all assets and resources of the Zanu PF government in SADC
• SADC to contain the Zanu PF government, just as the West African body ECOWAS contains member States with issues.
• SADC to take immediate strong  regional measures against Zanu PF government
• African Union not to recognise the Zanu PF government
• African Union to suspend the Zanu PF government from the African Union
• African Union to ensure that SADC fulfills its mandate and responsibilities with respect to the  points above
• African Union , SADC, EU, UN to agree a time frame for a Road Map for Zimbabwe
• EU not to recognise the Zanu PF government.
• EU to pass resolutions against the Zanu PF government with respect to these elections
• United Nations not to recognise the Zanu PF government.
• United Nations to suspend the Zanu PF government from the United Nations
• United Nations to make Resolutions against the Zanu PF government with respect to these elections.
• The Commonwealth of Nations not to readmit the Zanu PF government into the organisation
• The Commonwealth of Nations to make resolutions with respect to these elections that have to be achieved before readmission  may be considered.
• Nation States to reconsider their individual positions with respect to the Zanu PF government, especially with these elections in mind.
• A Government of National Unity lead by ZanuPF for Zimbabwe to be rejected by SADC, AU, EU, UN . The Commonwealth
• The true wishes of the Zimbabwean electorate to be respected by SADC, AU, EU, UN, The Commonwealth
• The Human Right to Vote for the Zimbabwean people to be respected and recognised, whether in Zimbabwe or in the Zimbabwean diaspora, by SADC, AU, EU, UN and The Commonwealth
