REF: SUCCESSION AND FREEDOM OF TEN-MILE (KENYA TANGANYIKA)  COASTAL STRIP. 

We the citizens of East Africa region call for succession and Independence of KenyaTanzania Ten-Mile Coastal Strip, in consideration of Anglo-German Treaty of 1886 a pact yours Britain under the rein of Queen Victoria and Germany outlined their spheres of influence in East Africa. Noting that key position and interests of the Sultan of Zanzibar, both European powers agreed to allocate Sultan the famous Ten mile coastal strip that stretches from Kipini region in KenyaTanzania to Ruvuma River.

That the Germans were paying to Sultan of Zanzibar the right to use the coastline on the German East African section. The British, on the other hand, paid an annual rent of 11, 000 pounds. That the Ten-Mile Coastal strip was declared a protectorate while all the land from it stretching inwards became the colony. The coastal was a protectorate and not a colony up to 1963. 

That in 8th October 1963 the Ten- Mile Coast became part of the two East Africa Countries following recommendation by  British government mandated  Robertson Commission which was created to review the viability of option for the  British Protectorate. The Agreement was reached between British Colonial Secretary Duncan Sandy, the Sultan of Zanzibar-Sheikh Jamshid and Kenya First Prime Minister Jomo Kenyatta and Zanzibar Prime Minister Mohammed Shamte to transfer the Coastal Protectorate to Kenya.The Agreement recognized the distinctivness  of the coastal tribes,Muslim, Arabic.

That by 1908 Land Title Ordinance enabled the colonial authority to determine the extent of private land ownership,which included natives reserves, this ordinance was the basis of  2010 constitution which continue to deny the coastal communities along the Ten Mile coastal Strip their indeginious rights. Correspondence between Kenyatta and Shamte promised to guaratee safeguards for Islamic worship,Islamic Jurisdiction over personal status matters, Arabic instruction and the protection of freehold land, strengthen education, empowering coastal community utilization of ocean resources and services.

The systemic violation of  agreed upon treaty,  its aftermath is similaly to i.e. The continious failure to review the colonial 1929 Nile Treaty which deny the upstream countries right to utilization of its  resources, the  conniving British government  sustained the 24 years dictatoship tenure of the late President Moi, cunningly involvement and tampering of Kenya Presidential elections, scandalous Kenya Railways Cooperation and National Airways heist, 22 years massive  citizens rip-off on telecommunication airtime services (Safaricom Ltd a subidially of British Vodaphone)  a century old  mining of a very valuable Trona from Lake Magadi managed by Magadi ltd later Tata Company,commodifying our airspace, exhorbitant control of colonial marine and shipping routes, its clear the British Government intrests in the region is entrenching neo-colonial agendas i.e trade bullying, economic monopoly and subtle political domestic interference.

National Government systematic  lack of interests of coastal communities in Management of Coastal Strategic Important Assets, government attaching Mombasa Port ,Railway and its services as a collateral to Chinise Banks established in Hong Kong a British protectorate, lack of coastal jobs and management of Port Authority,  granting mining rights to International corporate entity at the expenses of the Coastal people, its damaging effect continues to present day.

That we strongly believe that components in this petition touches on British Withdrawal Agreement European Union part three  Article 67 Jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of judicial decisions, and related cooperation between central authorities.

We Demand the British government to enter into meaningful negotiations with the governments of the KenyaTanzania towards a non- violent freedom of Mwambao Pwani-Ten Mile Strip treaties.

WITH ONE VOICE,DO STATE THAT:-

We the nationals of East Africa region welcome the international engagement for FREE MWAMBAO PWANI COUNTRY.

1.In six months time, declaration of freedom for Ten Mile coastal Stip herein named Mwambao Pwani under the leadership of interim  former President Uhuru Kenyatta.

2.We disown and revoke any KenyaTanzania government collateral foreign agreement on any asset of strategic importance located within the 10 Mile Strip-Mwambao.

3.Succession from BritainKenya and BritainGermany-Tanzania Governments control.

4.We demand for restitution, reparation and compesations to affected KenyaTanzania communities, recovery and utilization of coastal assets. (12,000 Mau Mau Deaths, 8,000 women inceration in Kamiti Detention Camp, Manyani and Gitamayu.

5.Publish KenyaTanzania Government Public Debt Register period 1920-Upto date. 

6.We demand return of all artifacts displayed in British Meusem the headbust of Koitalel Ole Samoei and Headbust of Field Marshall Dedan Kimathi, the Man Eaters of Tsavo-which resisted the construction of Lunatic Train.

7.We call for revocation of  term “KENYA” name registered as a  company at –British Company House- under the Stock of Transfer Act.
