Our ancestors stood up to the colonials even if it meant death. And here we are afraid of standing up to corporates that are violating our rights. These corporates can't kill us and can't damage us if we stand together. For long have we been under the fear that we would be jobless if we complain, but teaching our kids about the courage of our ancestors against the British. It's time for us to learn ourselves and stand against this corporate exploitation even if it means standing alone. We have to be an example to future generations by showing that we too stood up against the mighty corporates and won. We show them that Indian Labour even though cheap is not to be exploited. Let's fight together. Don't be shy in posting this to your LinkedIn or Facebook or Twitter page. If you are an HR, raise your voice to strongly implement this. Working hours should not exceed those prescribed by the law. If you are a politician who is reading this then I want you to know the same and implement a rule of lesser working hours and strong punishments to companies that violate them. Ease of business should not be at the cost of human lives. Learn from Germany. In fact lesser hours means more vacancies/jobs by companies to complete their work on time.
Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.
