I had posted in my previous update that I would directly post a complaint with the government on the pgportal website against my company which harasses its employees in terms of working hours.

And as some expected, it lead to no resolution at all. My first complaint kept on getting transferred from one authority to another without any resolution. 

Then i posted another complaint on the site stating the poor response of the government on the previous case. But this too was closed stating that i need to visit the commissioner's office for the same. This by the way completely beats the point of having an online complaint portal. 

1 thing i have learnt from my experience is that there is no use of complaining to government as not every ministry is managed by Modiji himself and some of the ministers appointed by him are absolutely useless. The labor ministry only attends to pension queries and other issues are ignored. They sit there and do nothing.
