In my last update I had mentioned that i will take up this issue with the government on its official complaint portal - pgportal. 

Well after a long wait and plenty of follow ups later i am very sad to say that the ONLINE Complaint portal is nothing but a sham. I am not associated with any political party nor am i individually blaming any particular party. I am just an ordinary citizen fighting for the right of everyone.

The first time i filed a complaint on the portal it was rejected after the officers in the department kept passing their responsibilities from one person to another without taking any action. As expected from our government. Do check the screenshot attached of the interaction.

Then the second time i posted a complaint on their portal it was rejected stating that one would have to personally visit their office in Mumbai on any Monday, thus defeating the entire purpose of having an online portal. Screenshot attached.

Why don't government employees have fear of not performing or the feeling of doing something good for the society. This is very frustrating. This is why India is being exploited. Because its own people refuse to take action.
