I am done being afraid of these big corporates. I have taken action against my company. As I am facing the very same issue i decided to take action and complained about my company's illegal working hours on the government grievance site PgPortal.

I posted my complaint on 8th of May and am now waiting for an answer / Action.

I have no idea what the answer will be. I might lose my job, I might not be promoted or get any benefits ever, There is chance the government might ignore it completely, the government might give some stupid reason and close the case, some corrupt officer might take a bribe and close it, I might not get any job ever if the corporates decide amongst themselves etc. 

But if there is the slightest ray of hope that i might win then our country & its citizens will be all the better for it. It will be the first win out of the future many. Sometimes to do the right thing you have to stand against tide. One has to do what one fears the most.

Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best. I will post the pics of the complaint and the solution in my next post.
