I am a huge fan of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Its unique flavors and high-quality ingredients make it one of my favorite treats. However, the price point makes it difficult for me to enjoy this treat as often as I'd like. The cost is simply not fitting for what you get.

Ben & Jerry's is known for its commitment to quality and ethical sourcing, but that shouldn't mean that consumers have to break the bank every time they want a pint of their favorite flavor. According to Statista, in 2020, the average price per pint of Ben & Jerry’s was approximately $4.78 in U.S dollars (Statista). While this might seem reasonable at first glance, when compared with other premium ice cream brands such as Häagen-Dazs or Breyers which average around $3.88 and $2.96 respectively (Statista), it becomes clear that there is a significant disparity.

We understand that quality ingredients come at a cost, but we believe there should be a balance between maintaining high standards and making products accessible to all customers who love them.

We are calling on Unilever, the parent company of Ben & Jerry's since 2000, to review their pricing strategy for this beloved brand so more fans can enjoy these delicious flavors without feeling financial strain.
