Working as a mixer/baker at a Costco in Michigan, I face a daunting challenge every day. Our bakery is overwhelmed with the vast number of items that we are required to produce. We need a supportive environment that considers the mental and physical well-being of employees, and thus, a review of the operational demands in all bakeries is crucial.
