Too often now films are well over the attention span limit of around two hours or less. I find myself and many people around me cannot enjoy a film that goes beyond the two hour mark.

Reducing the run time of movies will not only make the experience more enjoyable it will also mean more movies can be released more often due to less budget needed and also less special effects required etc. to film scenes.

They can always release an extended cut for those who enjoy longer films to enjoy at home if it is really necessary. We should return to realistic runtimes that keep the cinema business alive and fun!
