As a student at Cal State Fullerton, I've experienced firsthand the financial burden of our current parking pass system. My sister, who attends Cal State Long Beach, pays significantly less for her parking pass. This stark difference in pricing is not only evident but also unjustifiable.

Cal State Fullerton currently charges $334 for a semester parking pass. This cost is prohibitive for many students and creates an unnecessary financial strain on top of tuition and other expenses. In comparison, other universities in the same state system have more affordable rates.

We propose that the price be lowered to atleast $200 per semester - a figure that is more in line with what other universities charge and one that would alleviate some of the financial pressure on students.
