Reduce Swedish J35XS BR for Competitive Balance
The Issue
The Swedish J35XS does not need to be anywhere near the BR its currently placed at which is 11.3.
They have nerfed every regard of the J35s since they were introduced. the only thing they are usable for now is taking rockets and just avoiding other aircraft, since everybody:
Turns better
Shoots better
Missiles better
Everyone else just does everything else better generally.
The J35xs deserves to be below 10.8
