Please help us to get prisoners back to serving 50% of their sentence, some prisoners are serving 2 thirds and this is why prisons are extremely over crowded and this is a way of not only freeing up prison spaces but also saving tax payers money, the most cost effective way of dealing with this situation we think is the above. 

• We can not Lower the 40% already given
• Building new prison would take to long and we are under staffed as it is so who would run them
• Sending people to other countries would have a terrible impact on prisoners and also their family's

Prisons are extremely over crowded, under staffed and in very poor conditions and ultimately when this is,  rehabilitation just can not happen and this will almost definitely reimpact our comunities.
