As an avid supporter of various Youtubers, it brings me great joy to purchase products from them. However, the exuberant shipping 🚚 charges being imposed by your company, are hindering this support.

The cost of the products are already high, but coupled with these astronomical shipping fees, it makes it almost impossible for me, and many others, to continue to purchase from your establishment. A study by the University of Pennsylvania suggested that shipping price is the most common reason for shopping cart abandonment. It is clear that these elevated charges are not beneficial for the customers nor the store itself.
