Irish Students are swamped by works and as such cannot connect with friends or be physically active. This reduction may pile up work on the other days but will help have an extra day to rest and relax and connect with friends. If necessary days can be taken out of holidays to accommodate this change. This will also give breaks to teacher and improve the mental health of students in general.
