Both the High School and Middle School distance learning schedules are extremely inconvenient. Many teachers and students have both expressed that a 5 minute passing period is not nearly enough time to attend to other businesses such as going to the bathroom and preparing for the next class. We request at most a 10 minute passing period. The San Bernardino City Unified School District has a much better schedule for their students. The board clearly thought it through and came up with a schedule that benefits both their students and teachers. It's planned out so the students have enough time to complete their assignments and teachers enough time to prepare their lessons. If we change our schedule to have three classes Tuesdays-Fridays and six classes on Mondays, students will be less stressed and less worried about whether they completed all work due that day. The lunch period does not give us enough time to prepare food and eat before the next class begins.
