The redevelopment of this community will bring attention to a slum area surrounded by community night shelters, and though services are being provided. The community is still under fire. This redevelopment will enforce rehabilitation and bring back value, dignity, and hope that will propel a stronger and more enthusiastic community. Children "R" Us, Inc., will help this redevelopment thrive through educational programs, health care resources, employment training, and cultural heritage protection.

The redevelopment will give many individuals and families guidance, support, and mental nourishment. This community will become transitional and all residents must meet certain requirements, and participate in a program that helps their cognitive development. With the support of stakeholders and community leaders, and community members this redevelopment would surround other redevelopments that have already enhanced the City of Fort Worth through new construction on previously occupied infrastructure or a substantial renovation of existing structures.
