Stop Showing Intermittent Fasting Ads on Reddit

Stop Showing Intermittent Fasting Ads on Reddit
The Issue
Recently I have seen a large amount of ads on Reddit for apps like "Fastic" which are used for the intermittent fasting diet. Considering the fact that impressionable teenagers make up a huge amount of Reddit's userbase, this is incredibly concerning. Intermittent fasting is NOT healthy and can easily lead to very disordered eating patterns. The ads in question promote eating less meals and equate wrist size to amount of meals eaten, or list the "negatives " of diets while comparing them to fasting. The content of these ads are not only completely asinine, but are also very triggering to people with body image/disordered eating issues like myself. These ads are also coming at a very bad time as so many people are already experiencing stress due to the pressure to diet in the new year. If you (Reddit) are not prepared to take these ridiculous and problematic ads off your platform, at least introduce a "stop seeing this ad" feature like what Google do for YouTube ads.
