Shut Down r/chonkers

Shut Down r/chonkers
The Issue
I made this petition in light of what the Reddit subreddit "r/Chonkers" is doing. They are seemingly dedicated to cats (as well as some other animals from time to time) that are a bit overweight and it seems like there's no harm to the it, but the subreddit seems to have an issue with the glorification of making animals morbidly obese to the point of giving the animals heart disease, organ failure, and sometimes even causing them to die in some cases. The glorification of this activity is rewarded with points called "karma" and awards given to the posters by other users with real world money. People are willingly feeding their cats to a point of obesity and even possibly death for points and awards as if the awards matter more than the animal's lives, and any attempts at exposing the subreddit's animal abuse have left the people to rise up banned from r/chonkers. We need your help to get rid of this subreddit to prevent the widespread death of cats through means of over feeding them to the point of death, so please, sign this petition if you care about the well being of these abused cats (and other animals as well.) We just don't want to see any more of this abuse.
