The mods of r/iamatotalpieceofshit have decided to take down the post regarding Joel Michael Singer assaulting innocents and then being taken down by a bystander. They were offered money to take down the post and they accepted. This in of itself is immoral but moreover, they shouldn't have taken it down as the post was a perfect example of a fitting post in that sub. Redditors were bashing them for it, and so what was their solution? To remove the comments. They couldn't deal with being called immoral, and so they decided to remove the post and the comments. They even made the sub private, stating that they were taking out the trash and they would be back soon. This was disgusting behavior from people who were supposed to help others. Their entire job is to help users and make sure relevant posts stay up. But no, they just had to delete the post because they "needed the money". Because of their vile and disgusting behavior, I have started this petition to strip the mods of their power, because clearly, they're on a power trip. They need to be stopped immediately before it goes any further. So, this petition is to take the mods' power away from them. Other more deserving, smarter, users should be made moderators.
