Esteemed and respectable governments of the free world

Since March 10, 1952, the Cuban Constitution has been consecutively violated, its legitimacy and validity remain intact, having never been repealed according to article 285 - 286.  

The Source of the right, of the Cuban Revolution to take up arms, was the violation of this Constitution.

The struggle of all the political movements at that time, including the M26J, had its reinstatement as its main objective, but immediately that Fulgencio Batista leaves power, Fidel Castro occupies this vacuum with his armed arm.

and proclaims a new fundamental law without a sovereign mandate, which would govern until 1976 without repealing C40.

All other constitutions have not had a representative constituent of society, under any mechanism of sovereign election.

The current constitutional law in Cuba does not come from the sovereign people, it was approved under duress and irregularities.             For this reason, we the people of Cuba ask the governments of the free world for help, that the legality and pain suffered by our kidnapped homeland be respected, recognizing the legitimacy  of the Cuban constitution of 1940.
 

 ● Immediate recognizing of the Constitution.
 
● Close the embassies of the dictatorship around the world.

● Ban donations and investments with this illegal regime.

● Condemn this regime in the United Nations and parliaments of the world.

● Support Constitutional Movements to develop their liberation strategy
