Subject: Request for Official Recognition of New Arpana Director by the GSCS Ministries
Respected Sirs,
Warm greetings in Jesus' Name! We, the 20 Arpana Coordinators write this with due respect and humility to request you to kindly acknowledge and officially recognize Sister Shalini Andrews as the new National Director of Arpana Ministry .
It has now been almost five months since she has been taking care of the network as Dr.Vasantha Thomas stepped down on 31st December 2025.
We are still awaiting the meeting from your side to make the formal announcement about her being the new National Director.
It is our humble and earnest request that this be done at the earliest. We are 20 coordinators and we are in different parts of the country. So travel is difficult and prohibitively expensive. So even if this can be done on Zoom or Google Meet it will be a wonderful step forward and enable the network to function well under the new Director.
Since 2019, we have all been supporting the ministry financially and will continue to do so.
We would also like to humbly highlight that this ministry has grown into a strong and vibrant body, with hundreds of sisters actively working voluntarily in its service. Their commitment and collective efforts have been instrumental in advancing the mission, and the presence of an officially recognized Director is essential to guide and unify this growing and expanding prayer network across our nation.
We sincerely request that headquarters expedite the process of issuing the official recognition. This will not only strengthen the confidence of the team but also ensure smooth functioning and alignment with the organization’s goals.
We remain deeply grateful for your guidance and support, and we assure you of our continued commitment to uphold the values and mission of the organization.
