Jillian Blair was a beautiful 17 year old girl with a unique sense of style who was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy just one month before she passed. 

Jill’s parents recently learned that Jill would not be recognized at what would’ve been  her upcoming graduation, a decision made by the Johnston High School Principal.
