In these trying times we recognise the gravity of the challenges that currently envelop our country. We earnestly appeal to you, as conscientious fellow citizens to lend your support in addressing these

In a landmark decision, the judiciary has rendered a verdict, holding several notable figures accountable for their roles in the economic crisis that has befallen Sri Lanka. Among those implicated are former Presidents Mahinda Rajapaksa and Gotabaya Rajapaksa, former Minister of Finance Basil Rajapaksa, as well as former Governors of the Central Bank, W.D. Laxman and Ajith Nivard Cabraal, former secretaries to the Ministry of Finance, P.B. Jayasundara and S.R. Attygalle, along with Member of the Monetary Committee, Samantha Kumarasinghe. This verdict, delivered by the judiciary, represents a significant step towards accountability and transparency in addressing the economic challenges faced by the nation.

We urge you to join us in signing this petition to demand justice and accountability for the economic perpetrators who have driven our beloved country to the brink of ruin.
The economic crisis sparked by the above persons in positions of power has left the nation in shambles, and its impact has reverberated through every household, causing untold suffering and hardship. People 
find themselves caught up in a sea of challenges, with access to basic necessities such as food, healthcare, and education becoming increasingly scarce and difficult. The actions of these economic 
perpetrators have resulted in an unprecedented level of poverty, leaving many without adequate food and nutrition.

Children, our most vulnerable members of society, are facing severe malnutrition due to the economic downturn caused by these perpetrators. Families are grappling with job losses, income reductions, and a bleak future, all as a consequence of the greed and misconduct of a select few.
As the shadows of uncertainty loom over the well-being of our country, we believe that now, more than ever, unity is the cornerstone upon which we must build our collective stand. In this hour of need, we implore you, the responsible citizens of this country to stand with us in solidarity.

Your support is crucial as we strive to address the pressing issues that have left our fellow citizens in dire straits.

Recovery of Stolen Wealth: We call upon the authorities to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the ill-gotten gains of these economic perpetrators and ensure the swift recovery of stolen wealth. These 
recovered funds should be redirected towards rebuilding our economy and assisting those most affected by their actions.

Stripping of Civic Rights: We demand the immediate stripping of civic rights, including voting privileges, from those who are found guilty of instigating the economic crisis. Such punitive measures are essential 
to ensure that those responsible for the suffering of our people are held accountable.

Legal Actions: We call for the initiation of further legal actions against the economic perpetrators to ensure that they face the consequences of their actions. This includes criminal prosecutions and penalties commensurate with the severity of the economic crimes committed.

Support for Victims: We urge the government to implement immediate measures to support the victims of this economic crisis, including providing access to food, healthcare, and educational resources for 
those who have been most severely impacted.

Together, we can ensure that those who have caused immeasurable harm to our nation are held accountable for their actions and that steps are taken to prevent such economic atrocities in the future.

සොරාගත් ධනය යළිත් ජනසතු කිරීම, මූල්‍ය අපරාධකරුවන්ට දඬුවම් දීම සහ වින්දිතයින් නගා සිටුවීම.

වර්තමානයේ අප රට මුහුණ දී ඇති බරපතළ ආර්ථික අර්බුධයට සහ ශෝචනීය තත්ත්වයට වගකිවයුතු අපරාධකරුවන්ට නිසි දඬුවම් ලබා දීමත්, ඔවුන් සොරාගත් මහජන ධනය නැවත අය කරගැනීමත්, දුක් විඳින ජනතාවට සහන සැලසීමත් අරමුණු කොටගෙන ආරම්භ කරන ලද පෙත්සම් ව්‍යාපාරයට මේ රටේ වගකිවයුතු පුරවැසියෙක් ලෙස ඔබටත් සහභාගී විය හැක. වර්තමානයේ මේ රට මුහුණ දී ඇති ව්‍යසනයෙන් මේ රට ගලවා ගැනීමේත් මූල්‍ය අපරාධකරුවන්ට දඬුවම් පැමිණවීමේත් අවශ්‍යතාවයක් ඔබ සතු නම් අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා ප්‍රකාශිත මෙම පෙත්සමට ඔබගේ වටිනා අත්සනින් දායක විය හැක.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාව මුහුණ දී ඇති ආර්ථික අර්බුදයට සෘජුවම වගකිවයුතු පුද්ගලයින් නම්කොට පසුගිය දිනෙක අධිකරණය විසින් ඓතිහාසික තීන්දුවක් ලබා දී තිබුණි. ශ්‍රී ලාංකීය ආර්ථික ඝාතකයින් ලෙස හිටපු ජනාධිපතිවරුන් වන මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ සහ ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ, හිටපු මුදල් අමාත්‍ය බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ මෙන්ම හිටපු මහ බැංකු අධිපතිවරුන් වන ඩබ්ලිව්.ඩී ලක්ෂ්මන් සහ අජිත් නිවාඩ් කබ්රාල්, මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශයේ හිටපු ලේකම්වරුන් වන පී.බී. ජයසුන්දර සහ එස්.ආර්. ආටිගල, මුදල් කමිටු සභික සමන්ත කුමාරසිංහ අධිකරණය විසින් වැරදිකරුවන් බවට පත් කරන ලදී.

මෙය වගවීම සහ විනිවිදභාවය පිළිබඳ වැදගත් සංධිස්ථානයකි.

අධිකරණය විසින් වැරදිකරුවන් කරන ලද රටේ ඉහළම තනතුරු හොබවන ලද ඉහත කී පුද්ගලයන් විසින් ඇති කරන ලද ආර්ථික අර්බුදය මේ රට අරාජික කර ඇති බව අමුතුවෙන් කිව යුතු නොවේ. වර්තමානයේ ජනතාවට ආහාර, සෞඛ්‍ය සහ අධ්‍යාපනය වැනි මූලික අවශ්‍යතා සපුරා ගැනීම පවා අසීරු වී ඇත. මේ හේතුවෙන් මෙරට අහිංසක ජනතාවට මුහුණ දීමට සිදු වී ඇත්තේ එසේ මෙසේ දුක් කන්දරාවකට නොවේ. මෙම ආර්ථික අපරාධකරුවන්ගේ දුර්දාන්ත ක්‍රියා හේතුවෙන් පෙර නොවූ විරූ මට්ටමේ දරිද්‍රතාවක් මෙරට තුල උද්ගත වී ඇති අතර කුසගින්නේ සිටින පිරිස් සීඝ්‍ර ලෙස ඉහළ ගොස් ඇත. වැඩිහිටියන් පමණක් නොව කුඩා දරුවන් ද කුසගින්නෙන් මෙන්ම මන්දපෝෂණයෙන්ද පෙළෙමින් සිටිති. ආර්ථික ඝාතකයින්ගේ ගිජුකමේ සහ විෂමාචාරයේ ප්‍රතිඵලයක් ලෙස රැකියා අහිමිවීම්, ආදායම් මාර්ග අහිමි වීම ඉහළ මට්ටමකින් වාර්තා වී ඇති අතර, මෙරට ජනතාවට කන්නට දෙයක් නොමැතිව, ලෙඩකට බෙහෙතක් නොමැතිව, දරුවන්ට නිසි අධ්‍යාපනයක් ලබා දීමට නොහැකිව, සියළු බලාපොරොත්තු අත්හැර ජීවත් වීමට සිදු වී ඇත. 

අපේ රටේ අනාගතය පිළිබඳ අවිනිශ්චිතතාවයේ අඳුරු සෙවණැලි මතුවෙමින් පවතින මෙවන් වකවානුවක අපේ රට මේ අන්ධකාරයෙන් මුදවා ගැනීමට මෙරට පුරවැසියන් එකාවන්ව එක්සත්ව නැගී සිටිය යුතුය.

අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා ප්‍රකාශිත මෙම පෙත්සමට අත්සන් කිරීමෙන් සැබෑ පුරවැසියෙකුගේ වගකීම ඔබ ඉටු කරනවා පමණක් නොව, පහත තීරණාත්මක තීන්දු ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට ද ඔබ දායක වන්නේය.

සොරකම් කළ ධනය නැවත ලබා ගැනීම: මෙම ආර්ථික අපරාධකරුවන් අයථා ලෙස උපයාගත් සහ විදෙස් රටවල සඟවා ඇති ධනය පිළිබඳව ජාතික සහ අන්තර්ජාතික වශයෙන් පුළුල් පරීක්‍ෂණයක් පවත්වා සොරාගත් ධනය කඩිනමින් අයකර ගැනීමට බලධාරීන්ට මෙම පෙත්සම් ව්‍යාපාරය හරහා බලකර සිටිමු. එසේ නැවත අයකරගන්නා ධනය අපගේ ආර්ථිකය නැවත ගොඩනැංවීමට සහ ආර්ථික කඩාවැටීම හේතුවෙන් වඩාත් පීඩාවට පත් වූවන් නගා සිටුවීමට  භාවිතා කිරීමට යෝජනා කරන්නෙමු.

ප්‍රජා අයිතීන් අහෝසි කිරීම: මෙරට වත්මන් ආර්ථික අර්බුධය සම්බන්ධයෙන් අධිකරණය විසින් වැරදිකරුවන් කරන ලද පුද්ගලයින්ගේ  ප්‍රජා අයිතිය වහාම අහෝසි කරන ලෙස බලකර සිටිමු.

නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග:  ආර්ථික අපරාධකරුවන්ට එරෙහිව ඉදිරි නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ආරම්භ කරන ලෙස අපි ඉල්ලා සිටිමු. මෙයට අපරාධ නඩු පැවරීම් සහ සිදු කරන ලද ආර්ථික අපරාධවල බරපතළභාවයට සරිලන දඬුවම් ලබා දීම ඇතුළත් වේ.

වින්දිතයන් නගා සිටුවීම: මෙම ආර්ථික අර්බුදයෙන් පීඩාවට පත් වූවන් නගා සිටුවීමට කඩිනම් පියවර ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලෙස බලකර සිටිමු.

රට යළිත් ගොඩ නගන්න, ආර්ථික අපරාධකරුවන්ට දඬුවම් දෙන්න ඔබේ එක අත්සනකට බලයක් ඇති බව අමතක නොකරන්න.

நீதிமன்றத்தினால் வழங்கப்பட்ட வரலாறு முக்கியம் வாய்ந்த தீர்ப்பின் பிரகாரம் முன்னாள் ஜனாதிபதிகளான கோடாபய ராஜபக்ஷ, மகிந்த ராஜபக்ஷ,முன்னாள் நிதி அமைச்சர் பெசில் ராஜபக்ஷ,  மத்திய வங்கியின் முன்னாள் ஆளுனர்களான அஜித் நிவார்ட் கப்றால் மற்றும் டப்லியு. டீ. லக்ஷ்மன்,  நிதி அமைச்சின் முன்னாள் செயலாளர் எஸ். ஆர். ஆட்டிகல மற்றும் நிதிக் குழுவின் உறுப்பினர் சமந்த குமாரசிங்க ஆகியோர் சமகால பொருளாதார நெருக்கடிக்கு பொறுப்பு கூற வெண்டும் என்பதை கூறி அவர்கள் குற்றவாளிகளாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

எமது தாய் நாட்டை அழிவின் விளிம்பிற்கு கொண்டு சென்ற  குற்றவாளிகளுக்கு நீதி மற்றும் பொறுப்புக்கூறலைக் கோரும் இந்த மனுவில் எங்களுடன் இணைந்து கையெழுத்திடுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
அதிகாரப் பதவிகளை வகித்த நபர்களால் தூண்டப்பட்ட சமகால பொருளாதார நெருக்கடி தேசத்தை நிலைகுலையச் செய்துள்ளதுடன், அதன் தாக்கம் ஒவ்வொரு வீட்டிலும் எதிரொலித்து, சொல்லொணாத் துன்பங்களையும், கஷ்டங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. உணவு, சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் கல்வி போன்ற அடிப்படைத் தேவைகளையும் பூர்த்தி செய்துகொள்ள முடியாமல் மக்கள் பல்வேறுபட்ட பிரச்சினைகளில் சிக்கிக் கொண்டு இருக்கின்றனர். இந்த குற்றவாளிகளின் செயல்கள் முன்னெப்போதும் இல்லாத அளவுக்கு வறுமையை விளைவித்துள்ளதுடன் பலருக்கு போதுமான உணவு மற்றும் ஊட்டச்சத்து இல்லாமலும் ஆக்கிவிட்டது. இந்தக் குற்றவாளிகளால் ஏற்பட்ட பொருளாதாரச் சரிவு காரணமாக, சமூகத்தின் மிகவும் பாதிக்கப்படக்கூடிய உறுப்பினர்களான குழந்தைகள், கடுமையான ஊட்டச்சத்துக் குறைபாட்டை எதிர்கொள்கின்றனர்.

அரசியல் அதிகாரம் வகித்த மேற்கூறிய குற்றவாளிகளின் பேராசை மற்றும் தவறான நடத்தையின் விளைவாக, வேலை இழப்புகள், வருமானக் குறைப்பு மற்றும் இருண்ட எதிர்காலம் ஆகியவற்றுடன் நாட்டு மக்கள் போராடுகின்றன.

ஆகையால், முன்னெப்போதையும் விட இப்போது ஒற்றுமையே நமது கூட்டு நிலைப்பாட்டைக் கட்டமைக்க வேண்டிய அடித்தளம் என்று நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம்.இந்த முக்கியமான தருணத்தில் இந்த நாட்டின் பொறுப்புள்ள குடிமக்களாகிய நாம் அனைவரும் ஒற்றுமையுடன் நிற்பது அவசியம்.  இக்கட்டான நெருக்கடியில் ஆழ்த்தியிருக்கும் எஙளை தாக்கும் பிரச்சினைகளுக்கு தீர்வு காண்பது மிகவும் அவசியம்.

திருடப்பட்ட செல்வம் மீட்பு: மேற்கூறிய குற்றவாளிகளின் முறைகேடான ஆதாயங்கள் குறித்து விரிவான விசாரணை நடத்தி, திருடப்பட்ட சொத்துக்களை விரைவாக மீட்டெடுப்பதை உறுதி செய்யுமாறு அதிகாரிகளை கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். இந்த மீட்டெடுக்கப்பட்ட நிதிகள் நமது பொருளாதாரத்தை மீண்டும் கட்டியெழுப்பவும் அவர்களின் நடவடிக்கைகளால் அதிகம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு உதவவும் மீண்டும் விடப்பட வேண்டும்.

பிரஜா உரிமை பறிக்கப்படல்: பொருளாதார நெருக்கடியைத் தூண்டப்பட்ட குற்றவாளிகளின் வாக்குரிமை ஆகியவற்றை உடனடியாகப் பறிக்க வேண்டும் என்று நாங்கள் கோருகிறோம். எமது மக்களின் துன்பங்களுக்குக் காரணமானவர்கள் பொறுப்புக் கூறப்படுவதை உறுதிப்படுத்துவதற்கு இவ்வாறான தண்டனை நடவடிக்கைகள் அவசியம்.

மேலும் சட்ட நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்படல்: குற்றவாளிகளிற்கு எதிராக மேலும் சட்ட நடவடிக்கைகளை எடுல்லுமாறு நாங்கள் வலியுறுத்துகிறோம். இதில் குற்றவியல் வழக்குகள் மற்றும் செய்யப்பட்ட பொருளாதார குற்றங்களின் தீவிரத்தன்மைக்கு ஏற்ற தண்டனைகளை வழங்கல் அடங்கும். 

பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு ஆதரவு வழங்கல்: இந்த பொருளாதார நெருக்கடியால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு ஆதரவளிப்பதற்கான உடனடி நடவடிக்கைகளை அமுல்படுத்துமாறு நாங்கள் அரசாங்கத்தை வலியுறுத்துகிறோம்.

நமது தேசத்திற்கு அளவிட முடியாத தீங்கு விளைவித்தவர்கள் அவர்களின் செயல்களுக்குப் பொறுப்பேற்கப்படுவதையும், எதிர்காலத்தில் இதுபோன்ற பொருளாதார அட்டூழியங்களைத் தடுக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பதையும் நாம் அனைவரும் ஒன்றிணைந்து உறுதி செய்வோம்.
