Reclaim Constitutional Representation and Demand Oath-Bound Accountability

The Issue

I'm tired of watching a society conditioned to accept an illusionary 'two-party system' that only leads people to fight amongst themselves while politicians, who are often nothing more than white-collar criminal thugs, manipulate our system for their own gain. These individuals become millionaires on our dime, failing to protect the Constitution and the rights it guarantees to each one of us."

Our nation is founded on the principles of justice, liberty, and the immutable rights endowed to us by the Constitution. Yet, every day, we witness the erosion of these principles by unconstitutional laws, policies, and selective enforcement. It is time for us to demand accountability from those in power—our elected representatives and public officials must honor the oath they've taken to defend the Constitution, rather than distort it and if they choose to distort it WE MUST HOLD THEM PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE.

The Constitution is not just a historical document; it is a living mandate that guarantees the freedoms of every citizen. However, for far too long, many of our public servants have actively participated or passively complied with actions and laws that suppress our freedoms and favor their own interests. Such actions mock the solemn oaths they have taken and undermine our democratic foundation.

Public office is not ownership. It is not royalty. It is not protection for the powerful, but yet We the People are being extorted for EVERYTHING WE DO while they steal our lands/homes/properties that have been in our families (PAID OFF) some for decades all under the guise of "property taxes". Our representatives have allowed our food/water/air to be poisoned while they write "laws" that are merely in place to extort from us like "seatbelt laws", "hunt/fish licenses", "income tax", etc.

Public office is a position of trust, created to serve the People, restrained by law, and bound by oath.

For too long, many citizens have watched government operate as though ordinary Americans are held to one set of rules while institutions, corporations, agencies, donors, political insiders, and powerful interests are protected by another. If indeed we are a "nation of laws" then this is not that, it is organized crime.

That is not equal justice.

That is not constitutional government.

That is not representation.

Our elected officials are not rulers/leaders. They are representatives. Their authority comes from the People, and that authority is limited by the black and white letter of our Constitution (not the amended mess of lawyer written "by laws" they've created).

When laws, policies, directives, agency rules, or enforcement practices violate the rights of the People, those laws and policies must be repealed, abolished, rescinded, or refused enforcement. No unconstitutional act becomes lawful simply because it was voted on, funded, signed, processed through an agency, or enforced under color of authority.

We are also calling attention to the pressure placed on law enforcement officers and other public servants. No peace officer, deputy, sheriff, constable, trooper, jailer, agency employee, or public servant should ever be forced to choose between keeping a job and honoring their oath to the Constitution.

An oath to the Constitution must come before politics, agency pressure, corporate influence, or unlawful command and if it doesn't then the betrayer to that oath should be immediately charged/prosecuted for their crime, period!

This petition is peaceful, lawful, and constitutional (Tho it is the rightful duty of the people to resist and dismantle a tyrannical organized criminal syndicate portraying itself under the guise of "government). It is a demand for accountability, equal protection, due process, and true representation for ALL past and present violations/crimes in which parties still living can be held accountable. There should be NO statute of limitations for crimes/oath violations committed by any representative of We the People.

The Constitution is not to be optional. It is absolute!

The rights of the People are not privileges handed out by government. They are unalienable rights that government was created to secure and protect.

When public officials ignore the People, shield insiders, selectively enforce laws, protect powerful interests, or allow unconstitutional policies to stand, they betray the public trust.

When citizens are punished or burdened by laws that favored classes can avoid, delay, rewrite, or escape, equal justice is lost.

When public servants are ordered or pressured to enforce unconstitutional laws or policies, the oath itself is undermined.

This matters because a free People cannot remain free if their representatives are allowed to forget who they serve and go unpunished/unaccountable for their crimes.

This petition is based on foundational constitutional principles, including:

Government exists by the consent of the governed.
The People retain rights that government did not create and cannot lawfully destroy.
Public officials are bound by oath to support and defend the Constitution.
The Constitution is the supreme law over government action.
The People have the right to petition government for redress of grievances.
Equal protection and due process must apply to all people, not only to those without wealth, influence, or political connections.
No public servant should be forced to violate constitutional rights under color of law.

We, the undersigned, expect and firmly demand that elected representatives, public officials, agencies, departments, and oath-bound public servants:

Honor the Constitution as the supreme law over all public offices, agencies, policies, and enforcement practices.
Acknowledge that public office is a public trust, not personal ownership, political privilege, or protection for the powerful.
Repeal, abolish, rescind, defund, or refuse enforcement of unconstitutional laws, policies, directives, rules, mandates, ordinances, procedures, and enforcement practices.
Stop selective enforcement that punishes ordinary citizens while protecting corporations, institutions, agencies, donors, political insiders, or favored interests.
Protect law enforcement officers and public servants from being ordered, pressured, threatened, disciplined, or coerced into violating their oath to the Constitution.
Require written accountability from representatives and public officers who support, fund, enforce, or refuse to repeal unconstitutional laws or policies.
Restore true constitutional representation by remembering that elected officials are representatives of the People, not rulers over them.

We further demand the immediate review, defunding, restructuring, or abolition of any public office, agency, department, enforcement division, or publicly funded position that exists primarily to extract money, property, labor, compliance, penalties, fees, fines, or forced obedience from the people in violation of their God-given rights and constitutionally protected freedoms.

No public office has lawful or legitimate authority to operate as an instrument of extortion against the very people who fund it. Any agency or position, including but not limited to revenue collection agencies, code enforcement offices, regulatory enforcement divisions, or administrative departments, that acts outside constitutional limits, denies due process, violates private property rights, infringes upon liberty, or converts the people into revenue sources rather than protected citizens, must be brought back under constitutional restraint or abolished entirely.

Public servants are not masters over the people. They are oath-bound representatives and servants of the people. Any public-sector job created, funded, or maintained for the purpose of enforcing unconstitutional laws, collecting unlawful penalties, intimidating citizens, or depriving the people of their rights under color of law is a betrayal of the oath of office and must not be preserved at the people’s expense.
