All the Samsung S20 FE 5G devices have a manufacturing defect which is causing screen black out/screen blank issue. Went to the service center with this issue within few days of purchasing this device only to find out that they are very adamant and not accepting to repair this issue under warranty citing mere scratches caused due to the phone usage.  

With a little research we found that most of the S20 FE 5G devices have this issue. Samsung as a reputed company has to acknowledge this issue and recall all the devices. Atleast they have to replace/repair under warranty not citing other reasons inorder not to cover under warranty. This is completely unacceptable that Samsung is selling defective devices and asking consumer to bear the charges for the repair. 

We have followed up with Customer care and Service Center people to get this issue acknowledged and help the effected consumers. But they are not willing to do. change.org is the last resort to highlight this issue to the higher levels and make a change.
