We, the undersigned homeowners and residents of Winter Park Woods Condominiums, are deeply concerned about the current state of our community and the actions of our Homeowners' Association (HOA) board members. We believe that the actions and decisions of the board have negatively impacted the well-being and financial stability of our community. Therefore, we request the recall of the following board members:

Reasons for Recall:

These individuals who represent and are themselves real state investors have established numerous LLCs and corporations to coerce many residents to sell their properties by imposing special assessments, raising HOA fees, neglecting fiduciary responsibilities, manipulating real estate sale prices to further depress the value of the entire condominium, purposefully neglecting property needs to keep real estate prices low, and monopolizing the rental market by running their rental properties offices from the condominium even though it is a against the condominium rules.

These actions have resulted in companies, such as Zillow, to prevent regular owners from listing their rental properties on their website. This happens because the rental offices are being ran from within our community rather than a corporate address located off the premises.

We, the undersigned homeowners, request that a special meeting be called to address this recall petition. We believe that new leadership is necessary to restore the integrity, transparency, and financial stability of our community.

As residents invested in the prosperity and well-being of Winter Park Woods Condominiums, we believe it is our right and responsibility to hold our elected board members accountable for their actions. By initiating a recall process, we aim to ensure that the leadership of our HOA is entrusted to individuals who prioritize transparency, accountability, and the best interests of our community.

We kindly request your support in signing this petition for the recall of President DANIEL HENRY, Secretary SHANE HILLSLEY, and treasurer VINCENT BUONICONTI. Your signature affirms your commitment to a better future for our community, where responsible leadership and effective financial management prevail.
