Petition for the recall of 5th district Washington representative Michael Baumgartner to the Honorable Elections Manager Mike McLaughlin.
We, the undersigned citizens and legal voters of the state of Washington in Spokane county, respectfully direct that a special election be called to determine whether or not Michael Baumgartner be recalled and discharged from his office, for and on account of his having committed the act or acts of malfeasance or misfeasance while in office, in the following particulars: Ignorning the will of the voters of Washington to strip them of rights and services including but not limited to VA Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, Education Funding and protected Federal and State employment against the wishes of his constituents to their detriment and his own benefit; and each of us for himself or herself says: I have personally signed this petition; I am a legal voter of the State of Washington in the precinct and city and county written after my name, and my residence address is correctly stated, and to my knowledge, have signed this petition only once.
