As concerned citizens of Abia, Nigeria, Ngwa Ranger, an organization that defends the collective interests of the Ukwa/Ngwa people, we are deeply pained by the absence of our elected representative, Hon. Munachi Alozie. Alozie, who represents Obingwa, Osisioma, and Ugwunagbo Federal constituency in the House of Representatives, has been nowhere to be seen or heard from since his election.

In a stark juxtaposition to his elected responsibilities, Hon Alozie is frequently featured in various publications expressing condolences or sending representatives to funerals and church dedications. This illustrates a worrying neglect of his primary duties: lawmaking and advocating for our community's needs. His blatant disregard for our concerns, together with his negligence of legislative activities, is an affront to the very principles of democracy that guide our nation.

In this context, it is important to note that the House of Representatives is designed to be a voice for the people and their local concerns – a purpose currently unfulfilled by Hon Alozie. His performance, therefore, not only undermines his role as a representative but also the democratic integrity of our entire constituency.

It's time for us to voice our dissatisfaction with the current representation - or lack thereof - and demand a change for the betterment of our communities. Let us make our democracy work as it should by recalling Hon Munachi Alozie and replacing him with someone who will truly value and address our community's needs.
