Warren County (TN) Executive Jimmy Lynn Haley has been reluctant to work with our commissioners and defiant in working for the citizens of Warren County.

His ego and his own personal agenda are both getting in the way of any logical decisions being made, while he has made rogue decisions behind closed doors with others, and continuously withholds critical information from the public for his own gains.

He has been wreckless with his executive orders with total disregard to the local businesses and their owners, putting the entire community at risk of losing the few small businesses left.

Executive Haley has consistently circumvented the Tennessee Constitution and thus is guilty of abusing his powers as an elected official, in order to implement his own ideological narrative on the people he was chosen to represent. A clearer case of "dereliction of duty" does not exist. 

Jimmy Haley has completely disregarded and disrespected the community he serves, and thus should be immediately stripped of his authority.
