We are asking OCSA leadership to REalign its priorities to put students first.

1.) REinstate conservatory minutes to 2021-2022 levels. We are an ARTS school.
2.)REimagine school funding. Form a sustainable funding model to limit dependency on parent donations. 
3.)REinvest in ALL educators. Competitive pay is essential to retain and recruit high-quality teachers.
4.)REstore staff healthcare. Take care of those who take care of students.
