Unban Dlight from Knockout.chat
The Issue
He does NOT deserve a permaban. What he posted is nothing like what he posts on other sites. In fact, his father (who goes by the name of That Sprite) also agrees that he should be unbanned. Here's a few reasons why this should be done:
1. Knockout is way too strict on their rules. They've permabanned many users for things that other forums would only use temp bans for.
2. Dlight is good at ripping 3D models from games, and was a major contributor on Facepunch (Knockout's predecessor).
3. Permabans should only be used towards spambots and pornbots, not normal users.
4. Ban lengths (in days) should be linear in length, not exponential. For example: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc., not 1, 7, 30, 365, 730, etc., as that's unfair to the users, especially if the ban is accidental.
5. Stargate38 (that's me) got banned for simply requesting an unban. The reason? The mods thought they were an alt account of Dlight, which is not true. The mods were lying to cover themselves.
See the pattern? Ask for friend to get unbanned, and you get banned in the process. Extremely unfair if you ask me. They really need to listen. What needs to be done is to unban Dlight, me, and anyone else who was wrongfully banned. I'm surprised that they have such harsh rules.
