The PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) is currently marred by irregulaties and issues within the league such as the parity between teams due to approved lopsided trades, and the lack of openness on team expansions and implementing height limits on imports.

This petition calls for the resignation of high-ranking officials of the league such as Commissioner Willie Marcial and San Miguel Corporation Sports Director Alfrancis Chua due to their manipulation to the league by approving and doing lopsided trades respectively.

It is also already evident in attendance of live audiences that there is a declining interest in parts of the fans due to the mentioned issues and irregularities within the Philippine Basketball Association. It is now the time to act and save the integrity of our beloved Filipino brand, heart, and love for basketball.
