Terraria is the 15th best selling game of all time, Terraria is full of fantasy elements and has potential for an easily mouldable plot of slaying monsters, become a more powerful warrior, much like Sword Art Online. Terraria contains plenty of unique NPCs which can guide the protagonist and act as potential comic relief in some cases. Weapons like the Arkhalis or Daedalus stormbow give off strong anime vibes in my personal opinion as well as yo-yos.

The main story drive could be cleansing the corruption from the world. Defeating the Moonlord, making the world a safe place for townspeople. It could even take the route of Re:Zero or Sword Art Online of being trapped in a fantasy world and having to escape by defeating the moonlord or adapting to the new world with a more noble quest for the protagonist.

Overall Terraria has plenty of potential to make a good anime series as it already has a large fanbase and seeing as the last update for the game was released on the 16th of May, I think this would be a perfect opportunity for the animation industry to reach out to Re-Logic or vice versa.
