Our community in Santiago City, Isabela has suffered greatly due to the inefficiency and non-proactive services of Isabela Electric Cooperative Inc (ISELCO) Santiago Branch. We have faced compromised health and well-being concerns such as sleep deprivation, food wastage, and a non-conducive environment for learning at night. The lack of reliable electricity service has made it difficult for families to maintain their daily routines and ensure their children's education.

It is essential that the management system of ISELCO be re-evaluated to address these issues. Improved efficiency and proactive measures are necessary to provide better service to consumers.
