Re-Appoint Julia Robles as La Serna High School Song Coach
Re-Appoint Julia Robles as La Serna High School Song Coach
The Issue
I am writing this petition to advocate for the re-appointment of Julia Robles as the song coach at La Serna High School.
Julia has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, dedication, and passion for dance. Her coaching extends beyond choreography and technique; it reflects a philosophy rooted in mentorship, personal growth, and respect. She believes dance is not only an art form, but also a powerful way to build character, confidence, discipline, and resilience in young dancers.
Julia’s coaching philosophy emphasizes that every dancer deserves encouragement, opportunity, and a supportive environment to grow. She fosters teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect while helping each dancer reach their individual potential. Her approach promotes not only technical excellence but also emotional growth, perseverance, and a sense of belonging within the team.
Under Julia’s leadership, dancers learn valuable life skills such as dedication, collaboration, and self-confidence. She creates a culture where hard work, positivity, and passion for dance are celebrated. Many dancers have flourished under her guidance, gaining both improved skills and stronger self-belief.
Julia also embodies the philosophy that dance should inspire creativity, discipline, and joy. She encourages dancers to challenge themselves, support one another, and take pride in their accomplishments both on and off the stage. Her influence has helped shape a team culture that values inclusivity, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
For these reasons, we firmly believe Julia’s return as La Serna Song coach would greatly benefit the dancers, the program, and the community as a whole. Her experience, philosophy, and genuine care for the dancers make her an invaluable leader and mentor.
We respectfully ask that this request be carefully considered and that Julia be given the opportunity to once again lead and inspire the La Serna High School Song Team.
