Ray Meoni, a public figure in “the local scene” of Scranton, Pa., decided to do the “big chop” in 2022. Ray, enough is enough. NOW is the time to grow the curls back out. The people of Scranton have had enough — do us all a favor and bring back THE REAL Ray Meoni that we all know and love.
