For the last 20 years Randy Pitchford has been a massive part of Gearbox Software. This, however, may not be for the best. In recent times and beyond Randy Pitchford has put on a bad face for the company by avoiding responsibility for irresponsible decisions and terrible, reprehensible actions on his part. His behavior is not the behavior one is his position of power should have. I believe he needs to step down to allow someone more responsible and competent to take his place for the good of the company, for the good of the actual developers working at Gearbox Software, for the good of fans, and for the good of the gaming community as a whole. 

I believe that by making Randy Pitchford step down we will be improving many things for the aforementioned groups of people.
